We send all packages by Royal Mail. Current postal charges are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery is FREE.


Delivery to European countries will add a further £3.50 per basket to your order.

Delivery to USA and Canada will add a further £7 per basket to your order.

Delivery to the rest of the world will add a further £11 per basket to your order.


If your item is in stock we aim to have it packed and despatched within 2 working days. If your item is out of stock we will e-mail to advise you of an expected delivery date.

We do recommend that you choose Recorded Delivery so that you can 'Track and Trace' your order - a safer alternative to normal post - and only 75p.

We try to make all our packaging 100% recyclable and use biodegradable bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard with recyclable brown paper. The tape is water-based acrylic adhesive which is also better for the environment. If you have any other ideas, please let us know as we're sure we can improve further.
