We send all packages by Royal Mail. Current postal charges are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery is FREE.


Delivery to European countries will add a further £4 per basket to your order.

Delivery to USA and Canada will add a further £8 per basket to your order.

Delivery to the rest of the world will add a further £12 per basket to your order.

Please note that we only send via Airmail so parcels cannot be tracked. If you would prefer an alternative way to have your baskets sent, please contact us to arrange.

We are able to take Credit or Debit Card orders over the telephone, so if you would prefer to pay this way please call us on 01420 85112.

If your item is in stock we aim to have it packed and despatched within 2 working days. If your item is out of stock we will e-mail to advise you of an expected delivery date.

You can choose Recorded Delivery for so that you can 'Track and Trace' your order for only 77p.

However if you purchase a large style basket or large giraffe which is over 61cm, we are only able to post these Standard Parcel which means they cannot be sent Recorded Delivery.

We try to make all our packaging 100% recyclable and use biodegradable bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard with recyclable brown paper. The tape is water-based acrylic adhesive which is also better for the environment. If you have any other ideas, please let us know as we're sure we can improve further.
